Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-02
1. Acceptance of these terms
Using the service accepts these terms. Creating an endpoint is the moment it happens — on
the home page or through POST /v1/endpoints, with or without an account.
There is no checkbox and no signature. These terms incorporate the
Privacy Policy, the
Acceptable Use Policy and the
Data Processing Agreement by reference, and every creation is
recorded against the account with the version above.
If you do not agree with them, do not create an endpoint and do not send submissions through one.
2. Description of the service
We provide the infrastructure behind a web form. We accept submissions sent to your endpoint, filter spam, store them for the retention window of your plan, and deliver them to the channels you configured. You keep your own HTML, fields and design.
What is described on this site is what the service does today. Features come and go, and section 13 says how we tell you.
3. Accounts
Your account is your email address. There is no password: signing in emails you a single-use link. You are responsible for the security of the inbox that receives those links, for the credentials the service issues you, and for everything done through your account.
- Keep your
read_tokensecret. It reads submissions, which are other people's personal data. - Do not create an endpoint for an email address you do not control.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account or a token has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. It exists because creating an endpoint takes one unauthenticated request and the service accepts arbitrary form fields — a combination that could turn us into a relay for anything.
If you believe an endpoint is being used against that policy, tell us through Report abuse. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days, and we act faster than that when delivery for other customers is at risk.
5. User content and data
You decide which fields your form collects, why, and who receives them. That makes the submissions your data, not ours, and it makes you responsible for them: you must have the rights and permissions needed to collect and process what your form asks for, and you must tell your visitors what you collect and why.
You are also responsible for the content you send through the service and for keeping your authorized domain list accurate. The Data Processing Agreement sets out how we handle that data on your behalf.
6. Payments and subscriptions
The free tier is free, and no payment details are required to use it. Paid plans are described in the pricing section of the home page.
- Pricing. Prices and what each plan includes are published on this site. We may change them, with notice under section 13; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
- Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Taxes may be added where they apply.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and the account returns to the free tier.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails we may retry it and, after telling you, suspend paid features until it clears. Submissions already stored are handled under section 10.
- Refunds. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, you have it. Beyond that we look at requests case by case rather than promise a window we have not thought through.
Checkout is not open yet. Until it is, every account is on the free tier and nothing on this site charges you.
7. Intellectual property
The software, the interface, the brand and the infrastructure behind the service are ours and stay ours. These terms do not transfer any of it to you beyond the right to use the service while you comply with them.
Your content stays yours: the HTML of your forms, the submissions they collect, and anything you send through the service. We claim no ownership of it, and we use it only to run the service for you.
8. Limits and quotas
Each plan has a monthly submission allowance, counted per account across all of your endpoints. Going over it does not stop email delivery: we keep delivering and add a small line to the footer, while storage pauses until the next cycle. Delivery stops only at a hard abuse ceiling well above the plan allowance.
9. Service availability
The service is provided as is, without an uptime guarantee on the free tier. There will be maintenance, interruptions, bugs and changes to the service. We do not publish a status page yet; when an incident affects delivery we email the accounts it affected. Paid plan commitments, if any, are described at checkout.
10. Suspension and termination
You may delete your endpoints at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account, or remove an endpoint, when it breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, when it is used for illegal activity, when it puts the platform or other customers at risk, or when payment for a paid plan is not settled.
When abuse threatens our ability to deliver email for everyone else, we act immediately and explain afterwards. Otherwise we tell you first where we reasonably can.
After termination, downgrade or cancellation we delete stored submissions that fall outside the retention window of your new plan within 14 days. Export your data first if you need it.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we do not warrant that spam filtering catches everything or that every message reaches its destination — email delivery depends on systems that are not ours.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. On the free tier, that amount is zero. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes to the service and these terms
We may change the service and these terms. When the text changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the version in force is the one published here. Material changes are announced to account owners by email before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that is acceptance of the new version.
14. Governing law and disputes
The service is operated from Brazil. The governing law and the forum for disputes have not been settled yet, and we would rather say so than name a jurisdiction we have not chosen: this section will be completed before the service starts charging, and the change announced under section 13. Until then, the mandatory rules of the country where you live still apply to you, and nothing here takes away a right you have under them.
If something goes wrong, write to us first. Most of what reaches a court could have been settled in an email.
